Less admin. More art.
Too many artists spend more time fighting broken systems than making music. Bands, solo artists, producers and engineers all burn precious time andenergy managing files, data, chasing credits and splits, and untangling admin. It steals the joy out of the work, and it holds up the money.
Arcke is being built to fix that, and it cannot be built right without your voice.
A conversation, or a form
The survey is offered in two formats: a conversational voice survey that you can take at anytime, or a form-based survey. The choice is yours. Either way, it covers parts of your workflow, how you put music out, how you work with other people, and what you actually need from the systems you use. It takes less than half an hour, but that can vary depending on how much you have to say.
What you say will shape what Arcke builds, and it moves you ahead of the queue for the Preview.
Speak your voice, or fill out a form
The voice survey is a conversation, and it only asks you to talk. You can walk your dog, or just put your feet up. Either way, it’s like a chat on the phone.
The form covers the same ground. It’s a typical form-based survey, and it’s comprehensive.
Both modes ask you the same general stuff, and your answers weigh the same either way.
There’s a prize.
Complete the survey and you are entered in a drawing for a $1,000 gift card at a music retailer where you live, such as Thomann, Andertons or Sweetwater. There is a $250 second prize. Entries close July 1, 2027, and the drawing happens no later than October 31, 2027.
Open to respondents aged 18 or over in the EU, UK, US and Canada. Local restrictions may apply. No purchase necessary. One entry per person.
Skip the queue
Finishing the survey adds you to the Preview waitlist with priority consideration. You do not need to do anything else.
If you want in but would rather not take the survey, the waitlist is the way to go.
