To thank artists for helping shape Arcke, we're running a one-time giveaway with real-world rewards. Participation in the Arcke Artist Survey is your entry — no purchase, no catch. To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance, please review these official terms before jumping in. Your voice and your rights matter.
Organizer
The Arcke Artist Survey Giveaway ("the Promotion") is organized by Arcke PBC, registered in Delaware, USA.
Eligibility
Open to qualifying survey respondents aged 18 or older who complete the full survey and provide a valid email address.
Eligible participants must reside in one of the following regions: European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Local restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
Complete the Arcke Artist Survey at arcke.io/survey.
Each valid survey submission equals one entry. One entry per individual. Entries must be received by July 1, 2027.
Prizes
Grand Prize: $1,000 gift card to a leading music retailer that corresponds with the winners' location, such as:
- Thomann (EU)
- Andertons (UK)
- Sweetwater (US & Canada)
Second Prize: $250 gift card (same regional retailer as above).
If the total number of valid survey responses does not reach 2,027, only the $250 Second Prize will be awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Gift cards are denominated in USD.
Drawing & Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw after the survey closes.
The drawing will take place no later than October 31, 2027.
Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
No Cookies, No Pixels
We do not use advertising pixels, third-party cookies, or social media trackers.
Organizer's Rights
Arcke reserves the right to extend or modify the promotion period if circumstances require. Arcke may verify eligibility and disqualify any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or fraudulent.
Legal & Tax Notice
This Promotion is a one-time promotional sweepstakes governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Delaware. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase the chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with the receipt or use of a prize.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Arcke's Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
