Arcke is a public benefit corporation, and the commitment to artists is codified in the charter.

  • Who we serve

    Above all, Arcke serves independent artists, their creative work, and their careers. Arcke also serves those who work in support of the music being made by independent artists.

  • Sovereignty

    Arcke helps independent artists reestablish sovereignty over their work, and making multi-party rights and context legible and provable, and theirs to govern again.

  • Full history

    No data is overwritten. Every bit of information Arcke ever receives is always there, so the record can always show its history. Provenance is always preserved.

  • What is prohibited

    Our corporate charter codifies things Arcke can never do, especially if it means compromising or deprioritizing independent artists. It is our constitution.
